Matching, conversations and follow-up
Mentor matching
We match each student with an industry mentor or career coach by interest, subject and goal, starting with one meeting.
Career coaching conversations
Each session focuses on one practical issue, such as subject choices, portfolio preparation or interview technique.
Group workshops and progress reviews
Small-group peer sharing paired with regular progress notes, so teachers can track each student's pace.
From registration to regular meetings
Student registration
We collect each student's interests and goals. Schools can submit the whole list and any matching preferences at once.
Matching and scheduling
We confirm the mentor and the meeting timetable, and both sides start with a short introduction.
Regular meetings and review
Meetings run every four to six weeks, with a mid-point review of direction and matching adjusted if needed.
